Meetup organizers
We’re three language and design enthusiasts based in Switzerland (around Bern and Zurich) who care about fostering connections in the UX writing community.
Fiona is our Meetup moderator, leading calmly through even the most lively and enthusiastic discussions. Arguably one of the first people to hold the job title “UX writer” in Switzerland, she has now expanded her focus into the world of interaction and communication design. She currently works as a creative consultant at a small agency in the heart of Zurich.
Lara takes care of all our behind the scenes scheduling and administration. She recently finished her PhD at the University of Bern, where she researched the language work of UX writers. Currently, she works as a UX writer at a large bank in Zurich.
Tam has a knack for finding brilliant and inspiring speakers – both seasoned and newcomers – for our Meetup. She is doing a PhD in linguistics at the UZH and working in the Business Applications team at the BFH.
